I am 54, I will be 55 in November, I've been disabled/wheelchair bound since 1990, and I lost my husband in 2017. I also have Bipolar and Autism.I have had a few personal carers, and have been with a few care companies. having personal carers means you rely on 1 person, and 1 person only. but being with a care company means that when 1 person isn't available, someone else from that company can help instead.

the 1st company I was with was ok (a few issues with staff).

the 2nd was too expensive, but I sadly only discovered this about 1yr later.

the 3rd was a complete disaster.

but since I've been with "in good company" everything has just clicked. they are friendly, helpful, caring, and not at all expensive. I have met 4 staff members, and all 4 are wonderful. they help me access the shower, they help with cleaning etc, and they help me access the community, so I can attend appointments, and do my shopping. they are also lovely, and make me feel good.

if I was asked which company I would recommend it would be "in good company" hands down

In Good Company have been supporting me for over 8 months now and couldn’t have come at a better time to support me in my day to day functioning around my chronic health conditions enabling me to continue living independently and maintain employment. All the ladies are so lovely and kind and I always look forward to seeing them. They help me with physical tasks that I am unable to do and take the pressure off with organising and picking up medication, meal prep, shopping and helping me make decisions which I often find very hard to do. Feeling like I have people to turn to has been priceless and I can only thank you for your ongoing support 🤗 xx
